Amendment 3, also known as HJR 73, is up for vote in November 2026.
This amendment allows abortions to be performed on babies conceived in rape or incest, babies with fetal anomalies, and in the case of "medical emergencies." If this amendment becomes law, Missourians will still be forced to use their tax dollars to fund murder.
